TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This website is operated by Dagan Trading Company (sometimes referred to as “we”/ “us” / “our”).
Users (sometimes referred to as “you” / “your”) of this website acknowledges that the use of our website and any transactions made, are subject to our terms and conditions of use, which we have set out below:
- GOODS
Although some of our products are not branded, they are of a very high quality, made and supplied by the same factories which manufacture for the “big brand” names.
So we hope you will enjoy using the products.
We endeavour at all times to give accurate description of our products and conditions of use as described by the manufacture in their product literature and manuals.

- Delivery Policy
Goods will be delivered as agreed under the terms of acceptance of your confirmed order.
Delivery charges where applicable, will be specified under the terms of acceptance of your order.
The delivery of goods will be by either Royal Mail Recorded Service or by Courier to UK destinations. Overseas delivery will be by Airmail or International courier.
If we are unable to deliver your item(s) to you after two delivery attempts, please note there will be a recharge for any further attempts.
- DELIVERY COSTS
The minimum delivery cost per item is £4.95.
- DELIVERY LEAD TIME AND DELIVERY DATE
The delivery date for your order depends on the availability of the goods and the delivery lead time shown is an estimate.
Delivery is between 7-20 days
- PAYMENT
We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, Cheque, T/T, Bank Giro Credit, BACS, Postal Order and Banker’s Draft.
For cheques, please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear. Your order will be despatched after proper clearance of the funds.
International buyers, please note we will accept payment by any of the above method in Pound Sterling (GBP).
- PRICE
Prices shown are our retail prices and are subject to periodic change.
The retail price plus tax, plus any other charges required to deliver the goods to you, will be as agreed under the terms and conditions of acceptance of your confirmed order.

- ORDER
You will receive written acknowledgement of your order by email, and as agreed at acceptance of your order.
- CANCELLATIONS
Under the Distant Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the date of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us in writing by letter, fax or email.
Our contact details are given at the end of this page. This does not apply to personalised goods and goods manufactured to your specification.
- GUARANTEES
Our products are covered under the manufacture’s guarantee for the term stated in their product literature and manual.
We do not offer any extended guarantees or warranties.
- PRIVACY
Dagan Trading Company will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party; or sell/rent your personal or business information gathered on our website to any third party.
The privacy of visitors and customers to our site are very important to us.
Information provided by you will be held, processed and transmitted safely, securely and confidentially.
It may be used for the purpose of sending you notification of new products or to send you our newsletter.
- RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our products are sourced with care and with you the customer in mind.However, there may be a time when you need to return or exchange defective goods.
In this event, kindly ensure that you carefully check your goods before use or installation; that they are used or installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms of use or installation.
The warranty provided for your goods are as stated by the manufacturer in their product manual or literature; usually 6 months to 1 year warranty as from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include accidental damage, human error, negligence, improper use or improper installation of the goods by the user.
If an item is faulty, you must inform us in writing and return the goods to us immediately within 7 days after delivery. The cost of the return must be paid for by the customer.
You will need to return it to us with the original receipt, original order number, proof of purchase and proof of delivery. Goods must be returned unused, in its original packaging, packaging must be undamaged and goods must be in a saleable condition.
We will exchange your goods or give you a refund within 14 working days. This only applies to defective items. We are sorry, but we do not accept returns or give refunds under any other circumstances.
- NO RETURNS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, personal security and safety reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or accept the return of the following items:
- Jewellery
- Cosmetics, toiletries, and other health and beauty products
- MP3s, MP4s, digital recording products, such as digital cameras, etc. unless they were received as defective.
- DISCLAIMER
We do not accept any liability for:
- Any misprints or omissions concerning description of our products and conditions of use as described by the manufacture in their product literature and manuals.
