REFUND POLICY
Our products are sourced with care and with you the customer in mind.However, there may be a time when you need to return or exchange defective goods.
In this event, kindly ensure that you carefully check your goods before use or installation; that they are used or installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms of use or installation.
The warranty provided for your goods are as stated by the manufacturer in their product manual or literature; usually 6 months to 1 year warranty as from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include accidental damage, human error, negligence, improper use or improper installation of the goods by the user.
If an item is faulty, you must inform us in writing and return the goods to us immediately within 7 days after delivery. The cost of the return must be paid for by the customer.
You will need to return it to us with the original receipt, original order number, proof of purchase and proof of delivery. Goods must be returned unused, in its original packaging, packaging must be undamaged and goods must be in a saleable condition.
We will exchange your goods or give you a refund within 14 working days. This only applies to defective items. We are sorry, but we do not accept returns or give refunds under any other circumstances.
NO RETURNS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, personal security and safety reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or accept the return of the following items:
- Jewellery
- Cosmetics, toiletries, and other health and beauty products
- MP3s, MP4s, digital recording products, such as digital cameras, etc. unless they were received as defective.
